My Story

My Story

Intentionally Positive is fundamentally founded on the concept of "Happy In, Happy Out".  A concept from my publisher whom I signed with for their Positive Media Concept.  Years later, Intentionally Positive was founded out of my journey to be Happy. Intentionally Positive is all the work I've done internally to discover the wealth of wisdom from within.  I've allowed this simple statement to guide my life and direct me through all of life's transitions.  This is a tool I wish I had during my school years, young adult years, parenting, and married life. I am truly grateful to have it in my mid-life journey as I face new challenges from menopause to retirement.  I now have the tools I've always needed to live my best life.  It's not just a saying it now has true meaning.
