How can we inspire future generations to read, enjoy reading, and learn while reading?

A question I've asked myself for years. After my husband and I had to create a book to teach our son to read, I decided at that moment this could not be a need for only us. It had to be something most parents experienced. But how did they deal with the need? We created a book, mostly my husband, an awesome illustrator, and within a few weeks, our son was reading. He went back to school and passed the necessary test to move on to the next grade. The teacher was shocked. We were more shocked at the fact; she could not assist us. Granted, she was a new teacher, and I believe she moved on after that school year. However, we did not focus on that. Instead, we focused on our son and the immediate need. That issue stuck with me for years, and now as an author, it is my goal to do my part in helping future generations to read.

𝘍𝘶𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵. I've created two new books in my Interesting Tales Series to do just that. The series contains a total of three books, with more to come. My goal now is to share my experience and help other parents.
